How can I reserve a yacht?
Click the "Book this yacht" button, select the duration, date and time. Then choose the Extra Services you want to add to the booking. Finally, enter your contact details and pay the full amount or 50% of the total price through our booking platform.
If the boat you selected is available on the requested date and time, your reservation will be confirmed within 12 hours at the latest. If it is not available, we can offer you alternative times/dates or boats. If the alternatives we offer are not suitable for you, your reservation will be canceled, and your payment will be refunded. Once the reservation is confirmed, our team will notify you.
How long does a Bosphorus Cruise take?
Our boat tours offer flexibility and enjoyment, with a minimum duration of 2 hours. You can extend your tour by selecting 3, 4 or 5-hour rates to make it even more memorable experience.
Is there a tour guide during the boat tour?
Yes, upon request, we can arrange a knowledgeable tour guide for your cruise. The guide will provide insights into the landmarks you will see. An English-speaking crew member can also assist you throughout your yacht cruise. These services are available for an extra cost.
What are the meal options you provide on board?
We provide a range of meal options including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. You can select your preferred food and beverage options when you make your reservation.

Meeting Location of the Yachts
Each yacht docks at different marinas in the city, so the pick-up location varies depending on the yacht you choose.
Please check the pick-up and drop-off locations of the yacht you choose and arrive on time.
Otherwise, you may lose valuable time on the yacht, and some services may not be provided.

At what time should we arrive at the meeting point?
We recommend you arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time. This allows enough time for boarding and any necessary preparations.
In the event of late arrival, you may lose valuable time on the yacht, and some services may not be provided. In this case no refund will be made for these services, and you will need to make full payment.
Can we request a pick-up from hotel?
Yes, it is possible to request a pick-up from your hotel. You can select this option while making your reservation.
Please click on the "Book Now" button. Then, select duration, date, and time. Next, choose the pick-up from hotel service from the Extra Services section. You can select a Mercedes Vito for 6 people, or a Mercedes Sprinter for 14 people. You can order more than one car for bigger groups.
We will contact you shortly to get your hotel details and arrange the pick-up service for you. Note that there are extra charges for this service. The price depends on the group size, pick-up location, and the vehicle. If you select this service, you will be dropped off at your hotel after the tour ends.
Is it possible to request a different pick-up or drop-off location?
You may request a different pick-up or drop-off location than the original location. Please note that there is an extra cost for changing the original location. You can see these locations and the associated costs below:

Extra Charges for Requested Pick-up and Drop-off Location
If you want a different pick-up location than the original one, extra charges apply. Here is how we calculate the extra cost for a different pick-up or drop-off location:
- Travel Time Addition:
The time it takes for the yacht to arrive at your requested pick-up location will create an extra cost. For example, your yacht departs from Bebek but you want to board from Uskumru Restaurant. It will take 30 minutes for the yacht to arrive at Uskumru Restaurant. So, the pick-up price will include the 30-minute rate for the yacht you choose. If you also want to end the tour at the same place, the return travel time will double the price.
- Boarding Fees:
Some marinas or piers require a boarding fee. This amount creates an extra charge for the guests. All marinas and most piers used by ferries have a boarding fee.
Yachts have limited availability. Please check with our guest support team if you want to change the pick-up or drop-off location. This option is only available based on the yacht's availability.
